Meet Our Loving Friendly Staff

Dancing for over 16 years, Miss Hailey has been growing her passion from student to assistant teacher to dance team captain and now to teacher and choreographer! She has trained in several forms of dance including ballet, contemporary, modern, tap, and jazz, yet specializes in hip hop and lyrical, while also assisting acrobatics. She has competed for more than 12 years going to regionals, and even nationals with her collegiate team. Hailey enjoys seeing students grow in their talents and gain the skills and abilities they didn’t think they’d be able to achieve.  

Miss Alexis is passionate about dance and education. Dancing for nearly 20 years, Miss Alexis started her dance training in ballet and jazz and then quickly fell in love with tap dance, performing multiple tap solos in her studio's annual recital. Her passion for dance was reignited when she joined the Dynamic Dance and Fitness family in 2019 and now she enjoys sharing her passion of dance through our Early Childhood and Introductory Classes. Miss Alexis also serves as one of our office managers. 

Earning a Master of Science in Education Entrepreneurship from University of Pennsylvania, Miss Alexis' capstone project focused on creating an environment that fosters peer-to-peer support and authentic connection. Bringing this experience into her classes,  Miss Alexis is passionate about helping students succeed on the dance floor and in life.

 Miss Jenna has been dancing for nearly 15 years. She fell in love with tap first above all, but also discovered a deep appreciation for all styles of dance as she was exposed to them throughout the years. Much of her dance journey intertwined with theater, where she performed in a variety of musicals and cabarets—including Mamma Mia and The Wedding Singer—for about six years.

      Beyond performing, Miss Jenna is passionate about sharing her love of dance with her students. She believes in creating a supportive, energetic environment where dancers of all ages can build confidence, develop their skills, and express themselves creatively. With a teaching style that blends strong technique, storytelling, and joy, she aims to inspire each student to find their own spark on the stage and beyond.

 Miss Lauren is a passionate dance educator and choreographer, excited for her second year teaching at Dynamic Dance & Fitness! She has been dancing her entire life, training in a wide range of styles including contemporary, lyrical, ballet, jazz, musical theater, modern, and tap. She has taught dance to students of all ages for the past four years and is currently a professional contemporary dancer with Garet&Co and the Unbound Dance Collective. Most recently, she has performed at the Hartford Dance Festival, the Young Choreographers’ Festival NYC, and UDC’s debut show, as well as appearing in dance concept films by Jaclyn Walsh and Emily Johnson.

She holds dual degrees in Dance and English/Creative Writing from Hofstra University and has had the privilege of working with renowned choreographers, including Frederick Earl Mosley, Yoshito Sakuraba, and Larry Keigwin. As a choreographer, Lauren has created numerous works, including a halftime performance for the Long Island Nets, and she teaches monthly advanced adult classes in NYC. As an educator, her mission is to foster an inclusive, encouraging environment where dancers feel empowered to explore their individuality while refining their technical skills.

 Dance has always been a part of her life. When she had a daughter, she realized she needed to expose her to the beauty of dance as well. After six years as a member of the Dynamic Dance family, it seemed natural to advance to the next level and join the team! 

Ashley has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Office Systems Management and went on to earn her Paralegal Certification. Previously working in the corporate legal world for over 12 years, she took a break to raise her firstborn and landed a small job teaching Zumba and small dance sessions to young children. For the past couple of years, she has been a substitute teacher in the Danbury school district. She always had a love for working with children and families. Working as an administrator at DDF will be a great fit to combine the best of all her talents.
