Tiffany started her lifelong passion for dance like many young girls do. She attended a local studio and became inspired. Now her mission is to give that inspiration to others.
Her passion and love for teaching and choreographing began as a freshman in High School, when she became one of the founders of her High school Dance Team. As a sophomore she was elected Captain and Head Choreographer for the team. In her 3 years fulfilling this role she brought the team to three 1st place All New England Wins! They also competed at the National Dance Team Competition held in Orlando, FL ; where her team was announced the 7th best High School Dance Team in the nation!
Since 2004 Tiffany has been teaching a variety of dance styles, ages and levels at a variety of institutions including NVCC. In this time she has brought students to several competitions, winning a various amount of awards and top place finishes. She also enjoys hosting the annual showcase where she encourages students to show off their hard work and talents, while embracing the joy of performing!
Always eager to learn she regularly attends workshops and training classes. She has attended training with famous choreographers; Chris Judd, Wade Robson, Dave Scott, Brian Friedman, Mia Michaels and many others from Broadway Dance Center, Steps in NYC and So You Think You Can Dance. In 2008 she received an Associate’s Degree in the Performing Arts. She is CPR/First Aid certified, and an AFAA group exercise instructor. She has also completed many business classes and certifications while being a retail manager and is now a proud member of the Dance Studio Owner’s Association.
In 2017 Tiffany decided to combine her talents and Danbury Dynamic Dance & Fitness was born. Its mission is to provide a friendly environment where dance and fitness knowledge flourishes. "We help the community live more confident lives one step at a time."
Amity J. Ascher was born in NYC and began her dance life at the age of 5 at the Youskevitch School of Ballet. She was trained by Igor Youskevitch, Anna Scarpova, and Maria Youskevitch. Aj continued her training with New York City Ballet’s School of American Ballet throughout her childhood and young teen life. She studied most notably under Alexandra Danilova, Suki Shorer, Felia Doubrovska, Muriel Stuart, and many more of the great artists of Balanchine. Additionally, she had the privilege of working with Jerome Robbins in Circus Polka at its conception and achieved a full scholarship to the Joffrey Ballet school. Aj has taught adult and youth classes in Balanchine’s ballet technique from beginning to advanced levels. Her mastery of classical ballet is exemplified in her class progression from barre to center and across the floor. The structure of her class provides a clear and precise approach to ballet technique while supporting and nurturing the sense of beauty, power and grace that are the signature of ballet.
Dancing for over 16 years, Miss Hailey has been growing her passion from student to assistant teacher to dance team captain and now to teacher and choreographer! She has trained in several forms of dance including ballet, contemporary, modern, tap, and jazz, yet specializes in hip hop and lyrical, while also assisting acrobatics. She has competed for more than 12 years going to regionals, and even nationals with her collegiate team. Hailey enjoys seeing students grow in their talents and gain the skills and abilities they didn’t think they’d be able to achieve.
Miss Alexis is passionate about dance and education. Dancing for nearly 20 years, Miss Alexis started her dance training in ballet and jazz and then quickly fell in love with tap dance, performing multiple tap solos in her studio's annual recital. Her passion for dance was reignited when she joined the Dynamic Dance and Fitness family and now she enjoys sharing her passion of dance through our Early Childhood and Introductory Classes. Miss Alexis also serves as our office manager.
Earning a Master of Science in Education Entrepreneurship from University of Pennsylvania, Miss Alexis' capstone project focused on creating an environment that fosters peer-to-peer support and authentic connection. Bringing this experience into her classes, Miss Alexis is passionate about helping students succeed on the dance floor and in life.
Miss Kait-Lynne’s dance life started at the age of 11 when she joined a Zumba class. After her first month of Zumba she signed up for Hip Hop and then she explored other styles as well. Miss Kait-Lynne then became an assistant to several ballet and tap classes for ages 3-6. In 2014, Miss Kait-Lynne became involved in cheerleading and served as a demonstrator for a pop warner cheerleading team that she worked with throughout her high school career. In her freshman year of college, Miss Kait-Lynne become a coach for an All Star cheer team that she helped take to U.S Finals. During this time she also taught tumble and gymnastic classes that focused on flexibility, strength and technique, amongst all age groups.
Currently, Miss Kait-Lynne specializes in Hip Hop and Acro as well as Early Childhood Dance Classes for ages 18 months-6 years.
Dance has always been a part of her life. When she had a daughter, she realized she needed to expose her to the beauty of dance as well. After six years as a member of the Dynamic Dance family, it seemed natural to advance to the next level and join the team!
Ashley has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Office Systems Management and went on to earn her Paralegal Certification. Previously working in the corporate legal world for over 12 years, she took a break to raise her firstborn and landed a small job teaching Zumba and small dance sessions to young children. For the past couple of years, she has been a substitute teacher in the Danbury school district. She always had a love for working with children and families. Working as an administrator at DDF will be a great fit to combine the best of all her talents.
